No bath tub in the comfort room maybe its a old room A306 no slippers. We have water dispensers but I’ll drink coffee but no hot water.

-Location-pet friendly

-the room smelt of cigarettes -no parking but website indicates free parking (alliance with public parking lot in front of the hotel). I paid NT$100 more for breakfast and parking but when I checked in, the front desk told me there was no alliance with the public parking lot, but the parking lot was free. We had to wait in line for 30-40 minutes for parking (Saturday night around 7:30pm).

I didn't expected that the room is so excellent they even gave me the city view and I love it. It is a little bit far on the Railway station but bus stop is just in front of the hotel.I also love that the hotel is a pet friendly, as a furmom like me seeing furbabies greeting your excitedly is worth it. Oh our brave police dog who always observing guests is worth to watched.

As a pillow person like me l, I think additional pillow is much better

The room was big and spacious even for 5 of us . The main beds were really comfortable and smelt fresh. The shower was powerful and hot. The staff were super friendly and allowed us to drop our bags off before check in. Very quiet at night but close to lots of convenient places.

Sadly our bathroom had a foul smell - possibly a blocked drain? The sofa bed also wasn't very comfortable for the 5th person. The breakfast wasn't great. You had a limited choice from a menu which you ordered the night before and then had to collect it from the reception in the morning. We skipped breakfast after the first morning.

There is a water dispenser in the room which is pretty convenient, breakfast option and washing machine

The hotel is not clean at all, under the bed there’s a lot of dust, the toilet smelled like pee when we arrived and overall the place is not clean.

Short walk from the train station. Staff don’t speak English at all but they are patient with communicating and translating (tho the app they use is not very accurate).

It wasn’t clean. There were molds and dust/dirt in the room. Also, smells like cigarette.

Personal was very nice

Mold in bathroom, lots of stains as well giving a very unclean feel. Bedroom was clean but the bed was very hard for me. Wifi did not reach my room.

Location, staff, price.Deluxe room mattress is nice and soft, has city view but might be noisy from the bus.Standard double room has no window, hard mattress but still comfortable.

Staff was nice. Very accommodating despite the language barrier.

The rooms we've stayed at were not clean. I've seen some signs of dust and molds. I know it's on the cheaper side but cleanliness should at least be the priority.

Good location...short walk to train station, right jn front oc bus stop. Eateries just around the corner. There's a water dispenser in the room.

Just a note for shower curtains to be chNged as it is moldy.

The room quite small, but that's okay.

The room is bigger than I thought. Big enough to fit 3 adults + 3 kids' luggages and still have space to walk around.In city center with one Metro station right across the street, this place is good for travellers who plan to spend all days outside walking around and just back for shower and rest.

the overall facility is a bit old but in good function. If they can upgrade their elevator to a safer one which the door would open immediately when someone was between the doors that will be a great big plus.Breakfast is satisfactory for basic need but if it can offer a bit more choices in drinks (at least provide latte), that will make it even better.

The room is small but it has everything we need. We saved so much money because there's a water dispenser inside the room which I didn't expect. There's coffee and tea. Granted my requests too because I had to work. Most of the staff can't speak English but they are using Google translate and ready to help. The breakfast was ok. They served asian buffet breakfast- egg, steamed veggies, congee, soup, bread and 3 diff spreads, juice, coffee and tea.

Cooked food was a little bland. Please give salt or any other condiments. Adding simple viand and rice would be great too. No one responded to my messages when I asked for the instructions on how to get to the hotel from Taoyuan airport.

The location is good, its close to the travel hub of Taichung

The staff is rude, she yelling at me when I asked about the payment. The room is so dark old and small.

The staff was very helpful they helped me changed room when I wasn't happy with the first I got. And also willing to switch me again when I thought the second room I got smelled like smoke?

The first room I got had no window and it wasn't specified on the booking it wouldn't, it was apperently a "whatever is available" kind of option I booked but in the pictures in the book all rooms had windows. This could be clearer. The second room smelled a bit musty and also a bit like smoke.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the location is convenient.

The room facilities need to be replaced, especially the bathroom, the shower head is loose and the bathtub is slippery.

Location was convenient. Price was really good. Having laundry machines onsite was really helpful.

One of our rooms was a bit on the smaller end. Also the shower head in the other of our rooms was kind of loose, so the angle would change based on the water pressure.

The location is near the bus station, breakfast is so good, the staffs are friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable beds, breakfast was also great, a small selection of foods that were great. They had a water dispenser in our room which was very much appreciated. The location was really nice, lots of food places around the hotel.

The rooms were not small per se, but the layout of the furniture made the room feel small and crowded
